Clear, fixed rates including VAT. Below you will find our prices for maintenance and breakdowns in the greater Amsterdam area. No surprises afterwards.

Evening, weekend and emergency rate

Evening and weekend appointments are only available for repairing breakdowns. Rates do not stack: if more than one applies, we charge the highest percentage.

What is included?

• Maintenance of boiler and heat recovery unit: including call-out charge and one hour of labour. Parts and materials are not included. If it takes longer than one hour, the standard labour rate applies.
• Maintenance of mechanical ventilation: parts and materials not included. If it takes longer than 30 minutes, the standard labour rate applies.
• Breakdown: including call-out charge and one hour of labour. Parts and materials not included. If it takes longer than one hour, the standard labour rate applies.
• Call-out charge: within Amsterdam we charge no call-out fee; outside Amsterdam a rate of 55 euro applies.

Please note: if there is paid parking and you cannot provide a parking permit, the parking costs will be passed on.
